The 19th PSSST Annual Meeting and Scientific Conference is being organized to showcase soil science as an important discipline in the field of agriculture. It will particularly highlight the importance of a healthy soils and its role for a healthy life, equally important for plants, animals, and people.
This important event gave the participants from the academe, government, private sectors and other allied groups and individuals an opportunity to interact and share experiences and research outputs in the field of soil science and its related disciplines. This also enable them to upgrade their technical expertise, renew personal acquaintances, and build network of the same scientific interests. This 19th PSSST Annual Meeting and Scientific Conference was held at Legazpi City, Albay on May 18-20, 2016. This year’s theme is Healthy Philippine soils for a healthy life, which is a continued celebration of the International Year of Soils. |
